The Dover Demon

The Dover Demon (aka "Momo - Sapien) was first sighted in, you guessed it, Dover.
In Dover, Massachusetts, 1977, three teenagers were driving down at night when they caught a glimpse of it in their headlights.

Remarkably, later on that evening another teenager spotted it, mistaking it for a short friend of his, only too see it run away.
Incredibly, it was sighted ANOTHER time later on in that evening.

Dubbed the "Dover Demon" by famed cryptozoologist Loren Coleman, it is roughly four ft tall, has a very large head and incredibly skinny limbs. It has glowing, orange eyes and its overall colour is grey.
According to eyewitness accounts, the Dover Demon makes a painful wailing noise.

Some cryptozoologists believe that the Dover Demon isn't even a cryptid from Earth - they believe that the Dover Demon is actually an alien grey (I may write an article on these sooner.)

I've also found sketches of the Dover Demon and another sighting:

The Yowie (or Yahoo)

The Yowie is an Australian ape - like cryptid like the Yeti. Some experts say that "yowie" or "yahoo" are just different names given to the same hairy humanoid while others think that they are different species.

As the sightings seem to describe two groups of different animals then I'm regarding them as separate species.

Yahoo - The Aboriginal "Devil-Man"
The Yahoo tends to be quadrupedral and less "monster-like" than the Yowie. It's around 5 ft tall and on rare occasions it stands upright. It has dark fur on its back and it has a lighter underside and head.

Yowie - The Urban Legend
Unlike the Yahoo it walks around on two legs. Its name has now pretty much replaced the older term "yahoo," used in folklore.

Is the Yahoo the same creature as the Yowie?

UFO Photos

You may have seen this photo in an earlier post:

UFO in London

Please remember that UFO's are flying objects that haven't been identified yet.
This means that a glow-in-the-dark frisbee could be a UFO (until someone finds out what it is.)

Photo 1 - UFO over the Thames
University of Exeter student Karolina Slavka was shocked when she saw what looked like flying saucers hovering over the Thames in her tourist snaps taken from her phone. Even experts claim it is real.
"These photos are, in my opinion as a UFO researcher, absolutely astounding and show a real object under intelligent control," says Chris Martin.
"This is a classic flying-saucer shaped UFO."

What do you think of this photo?

Sky Serpent Videos

Another one of my favourite articles is on sky serpents, even though they are studied more in Parapsychology than in Cryptozoology as their characteristics are more paranormal.

I have found a video on Youtube with stunning examples of sky serpents.

Enjoy!

Missed News Flash: Search for the Skunk Ape

I know that this is very late as this story was published last year on the 7th May (oh dear. I should start checking the news more.)

Newspaper The Times received calls from readers saying that they believed that they saw the the skunk ape in South Georgia.

One reader's account came from Brook's County and the other came from Berrien County. They said that there was an odour present like the smell of rotten eggs when it was sighted and was around seven feet tall.

"Alien" Caught on Live News

This video shows, apparently, a tall, skinny humanoid alien walking around in the distance.

However, the "alien's" shadow is on the right when the sun is shining from the right, so it has to be a fake.

That is one way of finding out whether footage is genuine or not.

Dead Mermaid Found After Hurricane Ike

I know that this is an old video, but i still think it's worth putting on this blog.
The camera man, however, refused to turn in the body & was known for faking videos, so this one is most likely to be a hoax.

More Skunk Ape Photos

One of the most interesting creatures I've written about is the skunk ape.
As I'm fascinated by its weirdness, I'm going to show a few sightings.

In my opinion, these photos look similar to Big Foot.
Could they be related?
